En sessi\u00f3 ens enfoquem a recuperar el benestar emocional, mental i f\u00edsic del pacient, permetent que les persones es reconnectin amb el seu cos i les seves emocions de manera sana.<\/p>\n<p>El model integratiu de Reprocessament de Trauma \u00e9s un enfocament que combina diverses t\u00e8cniques terap\u00e8utiques, incloent-hi les cognitives, les conductuals, les emocionals i les som\u00e0tiques, per tractar el trauma. La psicoter\u00e0pia del trauma basada en neuroci\u00e8ncia se centra a entendre com el trauma ha afectat la vida de la persona i a ajudar-la a processar i reorganitzar la informaci\u00f3 emocional, corporal i cognitiva relacionada amb el trauma. En integrar diferents enfocaments, s'ofereix un tractament complet i flexible que s'adapta a les necessitats de l'individu, permetent una sanaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s completa i personalitzada.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 t'explico algunes de les principals caracter\u00edstiques del meu enfocament i com aborda el trauma d'acord amb la psicoter\u00e0pia del trauma basada en neuroci\u00e8ncia:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><b> Visi\u00f3 integral i corporal del trauma<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Inspirat en enfocaments com la ter\u00e0pia som\u00e0tica, sostinc que el trauma no nom\u00e9s resideix a la ment, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 est\u00e0 profundament emmagatzemat al cos. Els efectes del trauma poden quedar \"retenidos\" en el sistema nervi\u00f3s, els m\u00fasculs i altres sistemes corporals, cosa que causa bloqueigs emocionals, estr\u00e8s cr\u00f2nic i una dissociaci\u00f3 entre ment i cos.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest sentit, el model promou la reconexi\u00f3 de l'individu amb el seu cos a trav\u00e9s d'exercicis, moviments i activitats que permeten alliberar les tensions f\u00edsiques acumulades durant el trauma. Aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques ajuden que el cos reconfiguri la seva resposta a l'estr\u00e8s, reduint els efectes negatius de les respostes fisiol\u00f2giques exagerades (com la hipervigil\u00e0ncia).<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong><b> Treball amb les emocions<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En el meu model posem un fort \u00e8mfasi en la regulaci\u00f3 emocional. El trauma pot generar emocions dif\u00edcils de gestionar, com la por, la tristesa o la r\u00e0bia, i sovint aquestes emocions queden reprimides o no processades. La ter\u00e0pia convida les persones a confrontar, explorar i processar aquestes emocions, permetent la seva llibertat de manera controlada.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, es busca reduir la dissociaci\u00f3 emocional, un fenomen com\u00fa en les persones amb trauma, en el qual aquestes tendeixen a desconnectar-se de les seves emocions com a mecanisme de defensa. Ajuda a restaurar la capacitat de sentir i expressar emocions d'una manera equilibrada.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Reestructuraci\u00f3 de la narraci\u00f3 personal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Un aspecte clau \u00e9s la reconstrucci\u00f3 de la narraci\u00f3 personal. Moltes vegades, el trauma altera la forma en qu\u00e8 la persona es veu a si mateixa i la seva hist\u00f2ria. Es treballa amb la persona per reescriure la seva hist\u00f2ria personal, integrant el trauma de manera que no defineixi la seva identitat de manera negativa.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed \u00e9s com la psicoter\u00e0pia del trauma basada en neuroci\u00e8ncia ens indica que aquest proc\u00e9s implica mirar al trauma des d'una perspectiva diferent, reconeixent com s'ha sobreviscut a aquestes experi\u00e8ncies i redescobrint recursos interns i fortaleses que poden haver estat ocultes o ignorades. El model tamb\u00e9 utilitza eines com la narraci\u00f3 terap\u00e8utica i la visualitzaci\u00f3 per facilitar aquest proc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Consideramos que la mente y el cuerpo est\u00e1n profunda<\/p>\n<ol style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\" start=\"4\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Connexi\u00f3 entre el cos i la ment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Considerem que la ment i el cos estan profundament connectats, per la qual cosa una part important del treball terap\u00e8utic \u00e9s la consci\u00e8ncia corporal. A trav\u00e9s de diverses t\u00e8cniques com l'atenci\u00f3 plena (mindfulness), la relaxaci\u00f3 i els movements, el model busca que el pacient recuperi el control i la integraci\u00f3 del seu cos i ment.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 inclou el treball amb la respiraci\u00f3 i l'ajust de la postura corporal,ja que moltes vegades les persones traumatitzades desenvolupen patrons de tensi\u00f3 muscular o postures defensives que reforcen els efectes del trauma al cos.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Restauraci\u00f3 de la regulaci\u00f3 nerviosa<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La meva manera de fer psicoter\u00e0pia es basa en investigacions recents de la neuroci\u00e8ncia que expliquen com el trauma afecta el sistema nervi\u00f3s aut\u00f2nom. La intervenci\u00f3 terap\u00e8utica se centra en restaurar la regulaci\u00f3 nerviosa, ajudant a que el sistema nervi\u00f3s recuperi el seu equilibri i disminueixi les respostes de lluita o fugida excessives.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 s'aconsegueix a trav\u00e9s de t\u00e8cniques que calmen el sistema nervi\u00f3s, com la respiraci\u00f3 controlada i les t\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3 profunda. En treballar amb el sistema nervi\u00f3s, el model ajuda a reduir els s\u00edmptomes d'ansietat, depressi\u00f3 i estr\u00e8s posttraum\u00e0tic.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>Recuperaci\u00f3 de l'autonomia i el sentit de seguretat<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>El trauma pot fer que una persona perdi la sensaci\u00f3 de control sobre la seva vida i el seu entorn, cosa que contribueix a sentiments d'inseguretat o indefensi\u00f3. Busquem ajudar el pacient a recuperar el seu sentit d'autonomia i control, donant-li eines per prendre decisions, expressar les seves necessitats i restablir l\u00edmits saludables.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 es treballa perqu\u00e8 la persona restableixi la seva sensaci\u00f3 de seguretat, tant interna com externa. Aix\u00f2 inclou ensenyar habilitats per gestionar situacions dif\u00edcils i desenvolupar confian\u00e7a en si mateixa i en els altres.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong>Enfocament en la resili\u00e8ncia<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Encara que el trauma pot tenir efectes devastadors, tamb\u00e9 posem \u00e8mfasi en la resili\u00e8ncia de l'individu. S'ajuda la persona a recon\u00e8ixer els seus recursos interns, com la capacitat per superar adversitats, l'autocura i les xarxes de suport social. L'enfocament no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s curar els efectes del trauma, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 enfortir les capacitats d'afrontament i recuperaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Resum<\/p>\n<p>En resum, la meva manera de fer psicoter\u00e0pia treballa el trauma des d'una perspectiva integral, considerant tant el cos com la ment i l'emoci\u00f3. S'enfoca a alliberar el trauma retingut al cos, regular les emocions, reconstruir la narrativa personal, i restaurar la regulaci\u00f3 nerviosa i el sentit de seguretat. Aquest enfocament tamb\u00e9 posa \u00e8mfasi en la resili\u00e8ncia i la capacitat de l'individu per tornar a trobar el benestar i l'autonomia a la seva vida.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest model \u00e9s molt \u00fatil per a persones que han experimentat traumes complexos o cr\u00f2nics, ja que se centra en la sanaci\u00f3 profunda i en la integraci\u00f3 completa de l'individu.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Com comen\u00e7a a afectar el trauma a les persones?<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les situacions traum\u00e0tiques poden afectar les persones de moltes maneres, i les reaccions poden ser tant f\u00edsiques com emocionals, cognitives i socials. L'impacte del trauma dep\u00e8n de factors com la naturalesa de l'esdeveniment, la durada de l'exposici\u00f3, el suport social disponible, i les caracter\u00edstiques personals de cada individu, com la seva resili\u00e8ncia o la seva hist\u00f2ria anterior de trauma.<\/p>\n<p>Algunes de les formes en qu\u00e8 el trauma pot afectar-nos:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><b> Impacte emocional<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Ansietat i por<\/b><\/strong>: El trauma pot generar un estat constant d'ansietat, especialment quan la persona se sent amena\u00e7ada o insegura. Aix\u00f2 pot incloure por al futur, temor que succeeixin m\u00e9s esdeveniments traum\u00e0tics, o sensaci\u00f3 d'estar en perill.<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Depressi\u00f3<\/b><\/strong>: Moltes persones que han viscut experi\u00e8ncies traum\u00e0tiques poden sentir-se tristes, buides o desconnectades, desenvolupant s\u00edmptomes de depressi\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Culpa i vergonya<\/b><\/strong>: En alguns casos, el trauma pot generar sentiments de culpa o vergonya, especialment si la persona sent que no va fer el suficient per evitar l'esdeveniment, o si hi va haver una violaci\u00f3 personal, com l'ab\u00fas.<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Irritabilitat i r\u00e0bia<\/b><\/strong>: El trauma pot generar una sensaci\u00f3 d'impot\u00e8ncia o frustraci\u00f3, cosa que pot portar a reaccions explosivas de r\u00e0bia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong><b> Impacte cognitiu<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Pensaments intrusius<\/b><\/strong>: Les persones traumatitzades solen experimentar records involuntaris o pensaments persistents sobre l'esdeveniment traum\u00e0tic,el que pot interrompre la seva vida di\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Dificultats per concentrar-se<\/b><\/strong>: Els records o l\u2019ansietat relacionats amb el trauma poden dificultar la concentraci\u00f3 o el focus en les tasques quotidianes.<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Distorsions cognitives<\/b><\/strong>: El trauma pot portar la persona a veure el m\u00f3n de manera m\u00e9s negativa o a tenir una visi\u00f3 distorsionada de si mateixa, per exemple, sentint-se in\u00fatil o incapa\u00e7 de tenir relacions saludables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong><b> Impacte f\u00edsic<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Reaccions som\u00e0tiques<\/b><\/strong>: El cos pot manifestar efectes f\u00edsics a causa del trauma, com ara mals de cap, fatiga, dolors musculars o trastorns gastrointestinals.<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Trastorns del son<\/b><\/strong>: Les persones traumatitzades poden tenir dificultats per dormir, ja sigui per insomni o malsons relacionats amb el trauma.<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Augment de la resposta d'estr\u00e8s<\/b><\/strong>: El trauma pot activar el sistema de \"lluita o fugida\", el que augmenta la tensi\u00f3 al cos i pot fer que la persona \u0441\u0435 senti constantment alerta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong><b> Impacte en les relacions interpersonals<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Dificultats per confiar<\/b><\/strong>: El trauma pot portar la persona a desconfiar dels altres, especialment si l'esdeveniment traum\u00e0tic va ser causat per una altra persona (com en casos d'ab\u00fas o tra\u00efci\u00f3).<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>A\u00efllament social<\/b><\/strong>: Les persones traumatitzades sovint s'a\u00efllen perqu\u00e8 se senten incomprendides o temen ser jutjades. Aix\u00f2 pot afectar les seves relacions familiars, laborals o d'amistat.<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Desajustos en la intimitat<\/b><\/strong>: Pot haver-hi dificultats per mantenir relacions intimes o sexuals saludables a causa de la por o la falta de confian\u00e7a.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong><b> Impacte en la identitat i el sentit de vida<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Alteraci\u00f3 en la identitat<\/b><\/strong>: El trauma pot afectar com una persona es veu a si mateixa. Pot sentir-se menys competent, menys valuosa o menys capa\u00e7 d\u2019enfrontar la vida.<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>P\u00e8rdua de sentit o prop\u00f2sit<\/b><\/strong>: Les persones que atravessin un trauma poden tenir dificultats per trobar significat en les seves vides o en les seves experi\u00e8ncies, el que pot generar una sensaci\u00f3 de buit o desesperan\u00e7a.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong><b> Trastorn d'Estr\u00e8s Posttraum\u00e0tic (TEPT)<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>D'acord amb la psicoter\u00e0pia del trauma basada en neuroci\u00e8ncia, en alguns casos, els efectes del trauma s'intensifiquen i es prolonguen, desenvolupant-se en un trastorn com el TEPT. Els s\u00edmptomes inclouen reviure el trauma (flashbacks), evitaci\u00f3 de situacions o llocs que recorden l'esdeveniment traum\u00e0tic, hipervigil\u00e0ncia (estar sempre alerta), entre altres.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s important recordar que no totes les persones que experimenten un trauma desenvolupen aquests s\u00edmptomes o trastorns, i moltes persones poden superar l'experi\u00e8ncia amb el temps, especialment si reben suport adequat.
